By using The Source’s power bank rental service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

When you scan the QR code, a $50 pre-authorization is placed on your payment method. Return the power bank to the same unit within two hours and you’ll be charged $5; the remaining hold is then released according to your bank’s schedule.

By providing payment details, you confirm you’re authorized to use them.

​

If you fail to return it within two hours, you’ll be charged $50, and the power bank is yours to keep.

​​

Don’t tamper with the device.

​​

To the extent permitted by law, our liability won’t exceed what you’ve actually paid us.

​​

The Source, its agents, and merchants are not liable for device damage or data loss, and you indemnify The Source, its agents, and merchants from any claims related to your use.

​​

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
